BBC research

The bbc was set up in 18 October 1922, The British Broadcasting Company Ltd was created by the British General Post Office and John Reith applied for a job and later became its employee general manager.

The BBC stands for The British Broadcasting Corporation.

The purpose of the BBC is to broadcast news from around the world, which is inteded to educate the public and entertain them.

The BBC is funded by the members of the public, they pay a license fee when they buy there own televison, and also partly from the govenment.

The BBC produce all types of media such as;
  • television.
  • internet.
  • adverts.
  • news. etc...

The BBC own a number of channels and radio stations such as;
